The Friends of Reid State Park is very pleased to announce that we have reached our fundraising goal of $10,000; $5,000 from generous donors and a matching $5,000 from the Friends. This took place in just over 3 days, demonstrating the love the community has for this treasured park and the excitement to participate in the creation of the Nature Center. The State park system has set an overall campaign goal of $100,000 and this $10,000 provides a great start.
While our matching campaign is complete, donations for the new Nature Center can be made through the State of Maine's Reid State Park website. Let's work together to help the park reach it's $100,000 goal!!
